Grades as Conviction Tiers
The ZHC signal grading system translates the 12-category conviction score into a letter grade that determines channel routing. Higher grades route to more channels (including the lower-cost Core tier). Lower grades route to fewer channels (Elite-only or Degen Pro). This ensures that the Core subscribers โ who pay the entry-level price โ receive only the highest-confidence signals, while Elite subscribers (who pay for the full signal set) receive the complete range.
How Grade Affects Channel Routing
Grade A+ or A on a 1H signal routes to Core + Pro + Elite. The same A+ or A grade on a 30m signal routes to Pro + Elite only. Grade B+ on a 1H signal may route to Pro + Elite if HTF is aligned. Grade B on a 15m signal routes to Elite only. Grade C signals are the lowest-quality DEGEN signals and route to Elite and Degen Pro only โ they never reach Core, Pro, or Degen Den.
This tiered routing ensures that each channel level receives signal quality appropriate to its price point. Core ($23/month) receives the highest-confidence, broadest-timeframe signals. Elite ($115/month) receives the full range including the most aggressive, lower-conviction opportunities.
Grade Doesn't Guarantee Outcomes
A grade A+ signal can be invalidated. A grade C signal can hit TP3. The grade reflects the engine's confidence in the setup conditions at the time of signal generation โ not a prediction of outcome. Over a large sample of signals, higher-grade signals should exhibit higher win rates than lower-grade signals. But any individual signal at any grade level can fail. This is why position sizing is always 1R โ so that a string of high-grade failures does not exceed the portfolio's defined maximum drawdown.
